PubMed Central contains ONLY the full text of articles, many of which are not found through PubMed.
Don't be afraid to review searches that find large numbers of articles. The most relevant will float to the top of the list!
PubMed Central is really great but not all health-related articles on Guyana will be found in it. PubMed will be a more comprehensive source of health-related literature.
If you hit a paywall when searching PubMed, chances are you went to PubMed.gov. I'm sorry to say-- information is not free!

Copy the search strategy (in bold) and paste into PubMed search box (this link has the HSLS information embedded in it to ensure you have the best possible access to the full text of articles). There will be overlap between the searches. Articles will be in English and published between 2010 and 2022.
