Falk Library is the physical location for HSLS. It is located at:
If coming from 5th Avenue: There is an entrance on Lothrop just before the intersection with Terrace. Look for the inset glass doors; once inside, veer right of the stairs.
If coming from Terrace: Go to the last set of doors before Lothrop. If you can take stairs, veer slightly to the right and go down 2 levels. Make a U-turn (left) to enter the Library. If you prefer/need an elevator, veer left of the stairs and go around the wall that is just past Panera. There is a hidden hallway in which you will find elevators. Go to level M.

The HSLS Ask A Librarian service is open 24/7 but is staffed only during HSLS operational hours. HSLS circulation staff received all questions sent through the form; librarians typically staff Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.
