This resource guide has been developed to link you to sources of environmental pollution data. It has 3 overarching objectives:
- Provide a "deep-dive" into agency and organizational. What is meant by a "deep-dive"? Rather than linking you to the home page of an agency or organization that might have the data you want, this site links you directly to specific resources so you don't have to guess where you need to go to find what you're looking for.
- Link to PUBLICLY AVAILABLE resources and tools that are authoritative, present the data in a manner that doesn't take a degree in computer science or statistics to figure out, nor will you be required to have a link to an organization to use.
- Focus on US data, and preferably data that comes down to the local community or county level. This isn't always possible, though, so you may see reports that focus on the state or a region.
